Do I have to ditch ServiceM8 or Tradify?
No — keep it. We're not job management software and we're not trying to be. ServiceM8 and Tradify run the job itself: scheduling your crew, timesheets, materials, invoices into Xero. We work in front of that — answering the phone, catching the lead, booking it in and following it up. Booked jobs arrive as a message with every detail, ready to go into whatever you already use.
Do I own the website?
Your domain and your content are yours, always. The website itself runs on our system as part of your plan, the same way your phone number and your dashboard do. If you ever leave, you keep your domain and we hand over your content.
Which social accounts can it post to?
Instagram, Facebook, your Google Business Profile and your LinkedIn business page. You write, schedule and publish to all of them from the same dashboard as everything else — it’s built in, not a separate subscription.
How long does setup take?
About two weeks end to end. The part that usually slows it down is waiting on photos and wording from you — we can work from what’s already out there if you’d rather not write anything.
Is there a lock-in contract?
