Our services are built on third-party platforms (such as telephony, AI voice, hosting and CRM providers). We're not responsible for the availability or content of third-party websites or for outages of third-party platforms outside our control.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for the website is limited to re-supplying the relevant information. Liability for paid services is governed by your service agreement.
